PAL Glazing Products have just been given the go-ahead by a major Aluminum Systems Company to produce a custom made EPDM Splice Welded Corner Joint thus saving valuable fabrication time and cutting out the possibility of leaking windows.
Standard size corners are 150mm x 150mm and are available in 50, 60, & 70 degree shore hardness, cut and mitred to an accurate 90 degree angle and heat joined with an EPDM film.
Achieving both cost effective tooling and piece prices compared to an injection moulded profile this new EPDM spliced corner joint can also be supplied pre-notched on the back arrow head to allow ease of fitting on mullion profiles.
