PAL Group started off in 1979 with 1 extrusion line providing glazing gasketry, or seals, for the PVCU window market. Following rapid growth PAL now boast 21 production lines supplying numerous markets having launched PAL Glazing Products in July 1995. We have recently put substantial investment into an in-line punching unit which has enabled us to become more competitive with aluminium curtain wall profiles along with reduced lead times from placement of orders.
After starting off producing standard bubble, flipper, captive and wedge gaskets the company has now evolved by adding rigid PVCU and co-extruded profiles, complimented with security glazing, VHB and low tack protection tapes. Because of our versality we have now been able to diversify into the draft excluder and office partitioning industry.
With nearly 30 years experience in manufacturing glazing profiles, an in-house development & tool room facility plus the latest computerised wire eroding technology PAL Glazing is able to offer an industry leading service with a fast, efficient turn round on all new profiles. We have also invested in a spliced jointing machine which allows us to offer the aluminium window market a totally waterproof bonded EPDM corner joint and thus providing a cost effective and labour saving product.
We are pleased to offer the market place the following the compounds, PVC Nitrile, Vaycron, Theroplastic Rubber, Rigid and co-extruded PVCU, EPDM in sponged and co-extruded, and glazing tapes in PVC and Polyethylene material.
The company employs over 75 people with several members of staff approaching 20 years service, our customer base benefits from this vast knowledge of the glazing market.
