Bubble seal and bead gaskets – with conventional arrowhead along with co-extruded slide in T foot.The tallest bubble available being 13mm from base to the top of the profile which acts as an ideal gap filler on doors and windows.
Flipper and centre seal gaskets – available in PVC Nitrile, TPR and EPDM compound also centre seal gaskets are produced in an spliced EPDM corner joint finish saving the end user valuable fabrication time whilst giving a totally waterproof seal.
Wedge gaskets- again available in PVC Nitrile, TPR and EPDM compounds to fill a 1mm cavity up to 10mm as standard along with the popular colour coded tear off wedges starting at 1/2mm up to 7/8mm thicknesses.
Pressure plates and thermal break gaskets – we supply numerous co-extruded plastic pressure plates to the major aluminium systems companies where all the drainage slots and fixing holes are providing by our in-line punching unit, again enabling us to provide a fast and efficient service from placement of orders. There are various rigid Pvcu thermal break strips available along with sponged EPDM transom and thermal break gaskets.
Perimetre Closures / Clip in covers- available in rigid PVCU as a direct equivalent to the aluminium versions of this product allowing a proven cost saving along with better U value rating over its original counterpart.
EPDM Profiles – as well as the EPDM spliced welded corners we have now developed the technology to produce co-extruded EPDM foam gaskets which are being heavily utilised in the composite window market.
Tapes- we produce a superb range of 100 micron low tack protection tapes in various widths either in a straight forward black material or a white on black format. This product comes on 100 metre rolls and is normally available 5/7 working days from order. For the more specialized application we can offer clear Very High Bonding tapes which are generally made up for specific orders
